Patch Dimensions - 13cm x 9.5cm Oval
How to use:
- Open an individual patch when you are ready to use it.
- Remove the backing paper
- Apply the adhesive side to your underclothing. Do not apply directly to skin.
- Allow approximately 30 minutes for the patch to reach its effective temperature.
